The religious spirit looks within itself
It places love upon a shelf
It builds its house stone by stone
But it’s built on sand and sand alone
The stones are precious people who are controlled
Used and abused they are never made whole
They don’t build their lives upon THE ROCK
They don’t walk in love they don’t take stock
How others feel do they really care
They are about self and we need to beware
We need to look outside of our selves
Let others see love and that Jesus indwells
We need to reach out to others..take time
To show them that love that is sublime
